Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you find at The Lost Reserve.
Because every piece we sell is vintage, each item is unique and may show signs of age, wear, repairs, fading, or imperfections that add to its character. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe every item.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- Item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale:
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Bandanas
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Sizing
Please review all measurements carefully before purchasing. Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing. We provide measurements to help ensure the best fit and cannot accept returns based solely on fit or sizing issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
