Every order is carefully packed by our team in Jackson, Tennessee, and shipped with the same attention to detail we give the pieces themselves.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During special releases, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier service and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

The Lost Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

The Lost Reserve is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items are one-of-one vintage pieces, we begin preparing orders quickly.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed.
